Thermavac® Silicone Vacuum Bag Materials
Arlon develops and manufactures high quality silicone vacuum bag materials for the construction of reusable vacuum bags.
Thermavac® silicone bagging materials can be used in resin infusion and pre-preg moulding and curing operations.

Fully Cured Part Number: 10502(C)###-$$X
Uncured Part Number: 32400(C)###-$$X
• Example: 10502N060-50X = Cured, Standard modulus, Translucent, 0.060" thick, 48" usable width.
• Example: 32400N060-50X = Uncured on a polyester release carrier, Standard modulus, Translucent, 0.060" thick, 48" usable width
A Low Modulus vacuum bag material is also available for enhanced conformability:
• 10842S060-38X = Cured, Low modulus, Brown, 0.060" thick, 36" usable width.
• 32842S060-38X = Uncured on a polyester release carrier, Low modulus, Brown, 0.060" thick, 48" usable width.
For greater chemical resistance in vacuum bag applications try 25662T010-42X.
